Student/Parent Portal

We are glad to announce that the Student/Parent Portals are now working! If you would like to create a new account please stop by the office with your picture i.d. to pick up your student's individual access codes. Office hours are: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you already had an active account but do not remember your password, please click the "Forgot Password" link.

You can also fill out the Student Portal Authorization form and we can send your student's access codes home with your student. Click here to open the authorization form.

Dear Madison Middle School Community

We are excited to launch our new MMS website with more user-friendly features for our Madison students and families. This website is a work in progress, and we will be adding and updating throughout the rest of this year. Please check our website regularly for updates, news, and information about upcoming events. Textbook Collection Dates

Thurs 5/23 - 8th graders

Tues 5/28 - 7th graders

Weds 5/29 - 6th graders

8th grade Promotion

June 5th is a full day for all students. 8th graders do not have a minimum day but if early pick up is needed, please make arrangements with our Attendance clerk by that Monday, June 3rd.

The promotion ceremony will start at 6:00 pm on the grass field and will last approximately one hour.

8th graders must be at Madison by 5:30 pm wearing formal wear. Dress code still applies. (No jeans, boys should wear collared shirts, girls should wear low heeled shoes, no strapless or spaghetti straps, skirts must be finger-tip length. Please note: Students who do not follow dress code will not be allowed to participate in promotion ceremony.)

No candy leis on grass field.

Seating for parents/guests will not be provided. Parents/guests will need to bring their own lawn chairs or stand for the ceremony.

We encourage families to carpool. Additional parking will be available at Lake park.

PTA will be selling water bottles and snacks throughout the ceremony.

*Students must qualify to be elegible to participate in these activities. See page 14 in the planner & 8th grade contract.

Please turn in your money, this order form and permission slip (if applicable) to Ms. Clem in the office.

Mustang Showcase

Thursday, May 30th, show starts @ 6:00p  (list of participants to be announced)

Tickets will be on sale the day of the show during office hours (8:00a-4:00p) and at the door:

  • $3 Madison students 
  • $2 for Madison students with a Mustang Roundup sticker on their ID card
  • $5 for adults
